Recruitschedulingsolutions.com and Recruitss.com are owned and operated by Recruit Scheduling Solutions, LLC (RSS).  When you purchase a service or use the Site, you acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions.  RSS reserves the right to modify content on the site and these terms and conditions periodically without prior notice.

Notice and Disclaimer

Recruit Scheduling Solutions (RSS) is in no way affiliated with the NCAA.  Although our service provides a tool to track recruiting days and player evaluations, it is the responsibility of the user to maintain compliance with NCAA rules as it relates to recruiting prospects.  RSS and Recruitschedulingsolutions.com is not responsible for the actions of those users who do not comply with NCAA regulations.  All users are responsible for their own actions.  All users are responsible for knowing the NCAA rules, regulations, and laws.  All users are responsible for abiding by the NCAA regulations.

Customer Satisfaction

Customer satisfaction is a top priority for RSS.  If for any reason you are unhappy with any element of our service, we will investigate every complaint and will endeavor to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. 

Cancellation and Refund Policy Disclosure

If you are unsatisfied with our service, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of payment, and receive a refund minus a 25% processing/administrative fee, per service package. After the 14 day period, your service will not be refunded.  To cancel an order, please send us an email at service@recruitss.com quoting the invoice, or receipt number, and the name of the person who made the transaction. 

Services Offered by RSS on the Site

When you purchase a service on the site, you accept the specific agreement applicable to that service, and acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions govern the site. and accept your use of any service offered on the Site is governed by the terms and conditions. in the agreement for that service.  Except as provided in that agreement, RSS does not warrant that any content contained in this website is error-free.

Recruit Scheduling Solutions respects your right to privacy, and so we have developed a Privacy Policy to inform you about our privacy practices.

If you provide any testimonials about RSS Services, we may post those testimonials in connection with our promotion of our services to third parties.  Testimonials may include your name and organization.

The site may provide hyperlinks to third party websites or access to third party content.  RSS does not control, or guarantee any content, associated links, resources, or services associated with a third party site.  You further agree that RSS shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any sort associated with your use of third party content.  Links and access to these sites are provided for your convenience only.  RSS does not sell, lease, or rent personal information to third parties.
